Create a Resident Portal Account

Step 1: Click Resident Portal in website Menu or Click Here

Step 2: on the login screen click, sign up

Step 3: Enter your account number: 269

Step 4: Enter your email address (this will be your user name)

Step 5: Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number

Step 6: Click Sign Up

Step 7: Go to your email account for the account finalization email

Step 8: Click the Finalize link in the email

Step 9: Create Password

Step 10: Click Verify

Step 11: Enter your username and password to login

After Login

While logged in to the resident web access, click the tabs at the top of the page to:

  • View your open charges

  • Display your transaction history

  • Make a payment

  • Create a service ticket to report a non-emergency issue (for emergencies please call our office)

  • View and add messages tot he message board

  • Manage payment information
